I had some engine misfiring on my 2016 Audi A3. I took it down to Performance Services, and it was diagnosed and fixed within one day. If you drive a foreign car and are in need of repairs or tuning don't hesitate to bring it to these guys. Frank and his staff are extremely professional, and do very high quality work. The price I was charged was far better than the dealers would have been, and they didn't try to sell me things I didn't need. I'll never take my Audi to another shop. Honest folks who do great work! I couldn't have asked for more. Thanks for the excellent job!

I want to just say how impressed all around with this service center! They not only took our car in right away while traveling through, they actually looked at it right when the tow truck dropped it off and we’re able to repair my Audi drain plug and oil filter that was incorrectly installed by Take 5 oil (my mistake) right away and not make my wife wait till next week when it was scheduled. The best part!! They were honest about what was wrong and didn’t gouge me on the price!!! I have had many vehicles and many services while traveling, NOT THE NORM! Kudos to these folks for running a legit outfit. Thank you so much team!!!

Performance Services is a premium auto shop for premium cars. Frank and Brandon have a vast knowledge of all German cars. They respect your time by making sure they are honest and accurate about when they can do the job and how soon it can be done. Your car will be clean when you pick it up. Communication about the status and cost of your repair is timely. You got what you paid for when you bought a German car, so get what you pay for when you get repairs and maintenance. Frank will not put knock off parts in your car and it will be fixed right, and that pays off in the long run.

I've been coming here for a couple of years now and never got around to leaving a review. They are always very kind and professional! Obviously, they're very knowledgeable about BMW's. I've never had any issues. Plus, they're always straightforward and never try to intimidate you into getting unnecessary work, unlike the dealerships.

I have always used Volvo for my car service but I read reviews and decided to have my car towed here. It was truly the best car service experience that I could ask for. They were efficient, kind, patient and accommodating when there was a massive insurance confusion. I will always use them moving forward and Frank deserves a statue.
