keep your BMW running smoothly. We will treat your investment as if it were our very own!
Our regular maintenance advice is a little different from the manufacturers. Why? Well, synthetic engine oil can probably remain effective for about 15,000 miles with the proper filtration. The problem is that oil filters are not capable of providing the proper filtration. Oil filters only last about 5,000 miles then they become plugged or clogged. This is amplified if the vehicle has been in service for some time without proper maintenance. For instance, a BMW that has come off lease with 40,000 miles may have only had the oil serviced two times. While this may follow BMW's recommended maintenance schedule, our advice is to service the engine oil & filter every 5,000 miles for optimum performance and longevity. For most drivers, this equates to twice a year. Also, most drivers don't check their tire pressures or fluids on a regular basis. This is another important factor for getting the most out of your performance car.
